Belair Designs thrives on the Design and Manufacturing of each uniques ring. Starting from the designing portion of the ring, we work closely with you to ensure that no details are left behind.

    The Design:  After consulting with you as to your dream ring wish list and desires, we start the process by creating a computer aided design image on the computer also known as CAD. This allows us to show you how your ring will look in a 3D image.  While in this process, it allows you to look at your custom piece being created and make any changes to your masterpiece such as metal color, the shape of the diamond, and many other options.

    The Wax Model: Once the designing portion is completed and you are satisfied with the 3D render, we print it in wax with our state-of-the-art 3D printer.

This process usually takes 24 hours and allows you to try on the model to ensure it fits properly, and to make sure that all the dimensions are correct. We will happily ship the wax model to your home or office using Fed Ex. Once you have approved your custom made wax, there is no need to send it back. We simply print out another one and prep it for casting. 

    Casting & Diamond Setting - Our Master Jewelers and Diamond setters have been in the industry for years and come from many generations in the business. When casting your unique ring  we use only the best materials and metals available. This ensures that your finished product will be beautiful, stunning & free of porosity and any imperfections.

    When setting your diamonds, we match them to complement your center stone's clarity & color for perfect harmony. This process ensures that your masterpiece will have an evenly beautiful and stunning look in all respects, allowing the light to showcase and reflect its fire, sparkle, and brilliance throughout your piece.
